Peak 360 provides the following claims management and advocacy procedures to help our clients understand and feel more comfortable about its claims activity:

  • Day-to-Day Claim Handling
    — guidance regarding claims handling and reporting procedures as claims arise.
  • Periodic Claims Reporting and Charting
    — monthly, quarterly and/or annual analysis with client of open and closed claims activity and status reporting ofhigh-dollar claims.
  • Coordination and Integration with Risk Control Services
    — work closely with client and Peak 360 Risk Control Services and insurance company loss controlstaff to track and monitor claims trends and create solutions to minimize future claims.
