- Day-to-Day Claim Handling
guidance regarding claims handling and reporting procedures as claims arise.
- Periodic Claims Reporting and Charting
monthly, quarterly and/or annual analysis with client of open and closed claims activity and status reporting ofhigh-dollar claims.
- Coordination and Integration with Risk Control Services
work closely with client and Peak 360 Risk Control Services and insurance company loss controlstaff to track and monitor claims trends and create solutions to minimize future claims.
