Risk Control Services

Peak 360 offers a variety of risk control measures designed to prevent, reduce and/or control loss exposures.  In combination with insurance company and third-party partners, the following is a sampling of some of the risk control services we provide:

• Physical Property Hazard Analysis
  – review of fire and natural hazard exposures, thorough assessment of life safety and egress and protection/detection systems and detailed recommendations to reduce and minimize loss exposures.

• Fleet Safety
  – establishment of driver selection qualifications and hiring policies, background and criminal check procedures, vehicle inspection and maintenance programs and accident reporting procedures.

• Workers Compensation
  – loss severity and frequency analysis, loss projection trending and education/training pertaining to cost containment certification.

• Behavioral Risk Assessment
  – application of proactive employee selection models to identify and screen for “at-risk” behaviors and attitudes, on-site observations to assess human safety and training.
